What's the difference between Private and Public clones?

Private clones are exclusively yours—we'll never share them with anyone else. Perfect for competitive analysis or client work. Public clones give you a 30-day exclusive window to use the clone before we add it to our library for all SuperDuperUI members. You save 50% by allowing us to eventually share it with the community.

How many screens are included?

We include up to 400 screens in the base price—more than enough for most apps. If an app has more than 400 screens (rare but happens with super apps), we'll quote additional screens. We'll always confirm the scope before starting.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days for private, 14-21 for public. Rush delivery available for +50%.

What if the app updates during deconstruction?

We document the version at project start. Major updates can be incorporated for an additional fee.

Can you clone internal/beta apps?

Only publicly accessible apps and websites. We need to be able to access it legally.

What about web apps behind logins?

If you can provide legal access, yes. Additional fees may apply for complex applications.

Can we request specific sections only?

Yes! Partial clones start at $1,999. Perfect for specific flows like onboarding or checkout.

Do you offer ongoing monitoring?

Yes, we can track competitor updates quarterly. Ask about our monitoring packages.

What file formats do you deliver?

Figma only. We're specialists, not generalists. Everything we deliver is a perfectly organised, production-ready Figma file. If you need other formats, you can export from Figma.

How do I request a custom clone?

Fill out our form with the app/website details. Within 24 hours, we'll send a project brief confirming scope, timeline, and final quote. Once you approve and pay the 50% deposit, we start work immediately.

What happens after I make a request?

Day 1: You'll receive a detailed project brief
Day 2-3: We begin deconstruction after deposit
Day 4-7: Deep work (we'll be quiet but busy)
Day 7-10: You receive your complete Figma fileAfter delivery: One round of revisions if needed

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and wire transfers. For enterprise clients, we can work with your procurement process.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't offer refunds once work begins. But here's our promise: we've never had an unsatisfied client because we confirm every detail before starting and deliver exactly what we agree to.

Do you sign NDAs?

Absolutely. We can use your NDA or provide our standard one. All work is confidential by default.
