We believe simplicity is the key to great design, so instead of pages and page of legal jargon, below is a super simple license agreement that easily explains what you can and cannot do with a SuperDuper product.
By subscribing or purchasing any SuperDuper product you agree to the following:
You CAN
- Use SuperDuper products to create a personal or commercial digital product, website or app.
- Use SuperDuper products to create a digital product, website or app for a client
You CANNOT
- Use any files or assets in SuperDuper products to create and sell, license or distribute new UI kits, design systems or frameworks
- Resell, license, distribute or publish online for free any SuperDuper products
-Use any files or assets in SuperDuper products to create and sell, license or distribute new identical apps or products.
- Use any of the companies Branding, IP or copyrights in any competing products
In really simple terms don't use them in a competing UI kits or products. Don’t sell them as your own product, please don't share them for free and don't use any copyrighted brands or IP in your own products.
Licensing
Understand your rights and usage limits with our clear and straightforward licensing terms for Superduper products.
Superduper UI Kit Single License
Permitted: Use by one individual for any number of personal or commercial projects.
Not Permitted: Sharing or distributing the UI Kit to others. The license is non-transferable.
Superduper UI Kit License
Permitted: Use by multiple individuals within the same organisation for any number of projects.
Not Permitted: Sharing the UI Kit outside of the licensed team or organisation. Each team or organisation needs its own license.
iOS Clone License
Permitted: Use by one individual for any number of personal or commercial projects.
Not Permitted: Sharing or distributing the Clones to others. The license is for individual use and is non-transferable.
Copyright
SuperDuper & Precode Limited are not affiliated with any of the companies or products used in any UiClone products.
We provide the UI templates for reference and inspiration only. Please respect the IP, Branding and Copyrights of all companies.
Enforcement
SuperDuper is owned by Precode Limited.
Any unauthorised use of SuperDuper outside the scope of this license agreement, Precode Ltd reserves the right to purse legal action.
Limitation of liability
Precode Ltd’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of any SuperDuper product, including any third-party claims against you, is limited to a full refund of your purchase.
Precode Ltd may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of any SuperDuper product.
Refunds
As we offer previews of all our products, we do not offer any refunds. Please carefully preview any product you intend to purchase.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top of the page. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
